EZFreeMove refers you apartment communities using the EZFreeMove apartment information database or an EZFreeMove agent. You visit and rent the apartment community that best fit your needs. You write EZFreeMove
on the guest card

Guest Card

When you first visit an apartment community - most communities will ask that you fill out a guest card.

You must put EZFreeMove on this card as the company or agent who referred you to that community - to get your free move or rebate

You must do this at the time of your first visit – since many communities will not permit you to fill one out later.

Rental Application

When you have decided to lease at a community – you will be asked to fill out the rental application providing the apartment your basic background information and credit history and who referred you –

Again – you must write EZFreeMove as the company or agent who referred you. Most communities use the same basic application. The location of where to put our name is shown on the sample rental application.

Lease Agreement

The lease is usually filled out at the time you rent – and fill out the rental application. Sometimes it is prepared only after your credit and rental history has been checked and you have been accepted at the community.

One more time – Write EZFreeMove on the lease agreement as the company or agent who referred you to the community.
